We guide you in mapping your survival strategies and uncovering the qualities of your core essence—the state of being you embody when free from reactive patterns. By building a cognitive map of your authentic self, you gain clarity on who you are beyond your survival mechanisms.
Embodied Relational Presence
Learn to stay present and grounded in the complexity of real human connection. Through guided partner practices and group work, develop the capacity to stay present with your body while engaging with emotions, difficult conversations, and share intimately without losing your center. Build practical skills for creating more authentic, alive relationships while cultivating trust in your own resourcefulness.
Building Self Leadership & Trust
Using the Internal Family Systems (IFS) framework, you’ll develop the skills to work with the protective parts of your psyche, address root causes of emotional patterns, and cultivate harmony within yourself. This includes unblending from protective parts, working with internal polarities, and healing core wounds.
Embrace Your Relational Triggers
You’ll identify the identities and patterns that get challenged in your relationships and build the capacity to stay present in triggering moments. In a safe and supportive space, you’ll rewire your responses to challenging relational dynamics, creating space for new, skillful ways of connecting.
Visioning, Awakening, Expansion
Through visioning practices and awakening meditations, you’ll cultivate clarity on your desires, release emotional reactivity, and connect with profound inner peace. This work opens the door to joy, creativity, and the freedom to fully embrace your potential.
